Phillip Schofield celebrated his birthday with a boozy lunch with family and friends[ITV]

Phillip Schofield was joined by his This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby, Declan Donnelly and his wife Ali Astall and Frank Lampard for a boozy lunch to celebrate his 57th birthday yesterday, Monday 1 April. 

The presenter was also joined by his wife Stephanie Lowe and their two daughters, Ruby and Molly at the plus restaurant in Chiswick, west London.
