Gemma Atkinson has shared her birthing fears with fans after reading a parenting book as she prepares to welcome her first child with boyfriend Gorka Marquez. 

The actress, who is currently in her third trimester, took to Instagram to reveal she was reading baby books, but came across a troubling part of the book when it comes to giving birth.
