Paddy McGuinness’ wife Christine McGuinness, 29, appeared to break down in tears in her vehicle on Monday morning, after images of the Take Me Out host walking arm-in-arm with Nicole Appleton emerged online. 

In a video obtained by The Sun, the blonde beauty – who shares three children with Paddy, 44 – was seen wiping what appeared to be tears from her eyes as she finished her shopping trip in Cheshire.
