Unfortunately the reality star’s celebrations didn’t go to plan, as she was forced to spend the day in hospital.

Taking to Instagram, she revealed she became seriously ill, and apologised to her beau for “ruining” their time together.

The 29 year old shared a snap of a huge bouquet of flowers, alongside a lightbox which read: “I love you.”
