They have since welcomed daughter Amelia, three, and Theo, six months.

But despite their relationship being in the public eye for almost seven years, the couple still receive some criticism over their difference in age.

Emily is 27 years old, while Peter is seventeen years older, at 44.

And opening up exclusively to OK! magazine, the doctor admitted the harsh words still get to her.
