The Love Island star admitted he’s always felt insecure about his hairline, so decided to take action. 

Sharing a picture of himself with a bloody hairline following the painful procedure, Alex opened up to his 688k followers. 

“So the reason I’ve been off the radar a little bit the past few days is I’ve undergone some surgery,” he wrote.
