Country music legend dead: Mel Tillis dies at 85 following health battle

The singer, who wrote Detroit City and Ruby (Don’t Take Your Love to Town), passed away on Sunday following a health battle.
His suspected cause of death is respiratory failure, after he was battling an intestinal issue since 2016.
Some of the music legend’s biggest songs included I Ain’t Never, Good Woman Blues, and Coca-Cola Cowboy.
