Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock looked shocked as they were announced as the winners of the prestigious award.

The band took home the award for their 2016 hit single Shout Out To My Ex.

The girls were overcome with emotion as they made their way on to the stage to collect their prize.
