TMZ report he checked himself into West Hills Medical Centre yesterday evening, for treatment linked to his diabetes.

But the website states the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has now been released.

They published a video of the 29 year old leaving the hospital by himself, in a black car.

The news comes after he headed to the facility as a result of his battle with diabetes.
