Louis Tomlinson’s mum died at the age of 43 last week following her battle with leukaemia.

But before she died, Johannah had a last wish – to thank Louis’ fans one last time.

“Hi, it’s Dan,” her husband wrote to Johannah’s 1.47m followers, taking over her Twitter page.
