Queenie’s Christmas Charity was named in honour of his mum, Queenie, who died of Parkinson’s Disease. She was a very special lady who loved the magic of Christmas and adored children.
In 2007, “Queenie’s Christmas Charity” was formed to support local people who are less fortunate during the Christmas holidays. The charity aims to reach out and spread a little cheer and happiness to those in need.
Herbert says ‘I truly believe “charity begins at home” and I know that the wonderful people of Merseyside have a big heart when it’s time to be charitable, so please join us this year and make Christmas 2015 a magical time for forgiving.’
