3D-Lipo – The Three Dimensional Alternative to Traditional Liposuction At The Ultracell Medi Spa Liverpool
Are you looking for a slimmer silhouette and a renewed sense of confidence in your body shape? Then Ultracell Medi Spa in Liverpool has a solution for you!
3D-Lipo is a relatively new approach to fat reduction that is non-invasive, unlike liposuction, which has been the traditional method of fat elimination for many years. 3D-Lipo does not require any surgical techniques or recovery time, providing an easy and comfortable option for individuals who wish to eliminate some of the fat currently stored within their bodies without experiencing any pain or downtime. It is a painless procedure that blends the benefits of cavitation with the advantages of cryolipolysis in order to reduce fat and tone the body.
What is Cavitation?
Ultrasound cavitation is a process used to reduce the number of fat cells in an individual’s body. It is non-invasive, safe, and efficient. During cavitation, ultrasonic waves target fat cells within the body in order to eliminate them. This process disrupts the cell membranes through a vibrating motion that changes the structure of the fat cell, causing it to break down and release the inner fat content. The ultrasonic waves do not affect any other cells, leaving them untouched and intact, a capability that makes this procedure as effective as it is.
Once the fat has been released, it easily enters the fluid that exists in between the cells. The body’s filtration system works to send the fat that has been released through the vascular and lymphatic systems, where it travels directly to the liver along with the fat that has entered the body through foods consumed on a daily basis. The liver does not have the ability to distinguish between the two types of fat. It doesn’t know whether the fat has been obtained from eating food or from breaking down the fat cells, so the liver processes and disposes of the fat in the same manner.
What is Cryolipolysis?
Cryolipolysis is the term given to the process that freezes the body’s fat cells. It is a non-invasive option intended to reduce a person’s fat stores in a way that encourages a toned and fit appearance. During cryolipolysis, a device easily held by the hand is chilled and used to target fat cells within predetermined areas of the individual’s body. This process creates what is known as apoptosis or crystallization of the fat cells.
During this procedure, the fat cells are cooled to a temperature that is less than normal body temperature. When this happens, the fat cells crystallize and become damaged. As a result of the damage, each cell sends out signal that indicates it is in danger of becoming destroyed. These signals are received by macrophages, specialized cells that are found within the body’s immune system. It is the job of the macrophages to respond whenever cells are damaged in some way. The macrophages travel to the damaged cells in order to remove them, reducing the quantity of fat stored in the targeted area. Approximately twenty to forty percent of the targeted cells will die naturally and disperse during the next few weeks after cryolipolysis has taken place.
