Christmas Girly Stay At Posh Pads – Liverpool

  So yesterday myself and two of my friends Jenny and Megan went along to Posh Pads in Liverpool for a girly evening and sleep over. We started the day off with a bit of shopping in Harvey Nichols were I topped up my makeup collection to get through the festive season.

After shopping we headed back to the room were we had a little freshen up before we went downstairs for some dinner.

The room was absolutely fab, but more on that later.

The complex has 2 Restaurants / Bars to choose from, Hanover Street Social and also The Hub Ale House & Kitchen. We decided to go to Hanover Street Social. As we walked in there was a lovely atmosphere with Christmas songs playing in the background. The place was packed with Christmas shoppers and work parties, it was lovely to see everybody enjoying themselves. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who showed us to our table and also asked what drinks we would like? We started on our favs: The Cocktails!!! I love anything creamy based, so Baileys, Amaretto, Kahlua, are all top of my list when it comes to ordering so when I came across the ‘ Walnut Whip ‘ that was definitely the one for me! It went down a treat so much so we ended up having three each!!

The menu had a great variety of dishes, and at a reasonable price too.

All the food we had was absolutely gorgeus and I can’t’ wait to go back to try the Creme Brûlée and Chocolate Brownies on my next visit.

After our meal we were in two minds on if to hit the town for Mad Monday or just have a girly night in the room. As we all had a busy week ahead we decided to stay in and have a chill in the fabulous rooms! This was the first time I had stayed in Posh Pads, and it certainly won’t be the last. Situated on Hanover Street it is the perfect location if you are visiting the city, having a shopping blitz or on a night out and don’t fancy trekking back home. There are 31 apartments to choose from, 5 being Penthouse Suites and the rest are 1 or 2 bed superior apartments.

The penthouse suite we stayed in was a large ornately decorated apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and was designed to the highest specification containing many modern appliances.

The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are suitable for the corporate business guest, couples, families, and groups of friends are individually and tastefully decorated from neutral to glam.

All fully kitted kitchens, large lounge and dining areas, designed to the highest specification, offering a home from home experience.

The complex has secure underground car parking and is so handy for Liverpool 1 shopping – it’s 50 meters from the front door of John Lewis.
