For months, the North West Fashion Festival (NWFF) has been a hot topic for the region’s fashionistas, with speculation mounting about who’ll be taking to the runway and showcasing their wares at the latest addition to the fashion calendar.

With just weeks before NWFF in association with Elite Marquees, Aesthetically You, Ascot Motors and The Hilton Hotel takes place on Sunday 14th September, the show’s organisers, Chic Networking & Events, have teased their fashion followers with more details of the format of the event.

NWFF will take place at The Palm House, Sefton Park, from 3pm on 14th September, and will be a high-profile fashion and networking event featuring a show-stopping fashion exhibition.

Chic Networking & Events have secured some of the biggest brands in the North West as well as a host of celebrity guests (some with their own fashion lines) for NWFF, bringing together the region’s leading influencers, designers and fashion lovers for an event that celebrates the North West’s growing reputation as a style destination.

Fashion brands showcasing key pieces for the new season include celebrities’ favourite, KU Spendlove; the home-grown fashion brand which has become a nationwide best-seller in Topshop stores, Lola Loves, and Mode Mwah, a label which is beloved of the stars when they’re in need of a figure-flattering red carpet look in a hurry.

Other key fashion brands showcasing their wares at the NWFF include fashionistas’ favourite, In the Style, well-loved Liverpool designer, Mark Melia, the wardrobe saviours from The Dressing Room Boutique, high-end fashion expert Ben Mak and the award-winning Miss Francesca Couture.

The show’s headline sponsors, Elite Marquees (a leading North West marquee hire company) and Aesthetically You (award-winning experts in non-surgical anti-ageing treatments) are proud to be supporting the event which will help to establish North West as a style capital.

Fashion lovers from throughout the UK have been snapping up tickets to NWFF, which features both indoor and outdoor events and exhibitors.

The Palm House will be filled with an array of fashion exhibitions and there’ll also be entertainment, courtesy of leading DJs, live performances and runway shows throughout the day.

Outside, the stunning architecture of the Palm House will be complemented with chic marquees and gazebos, provided by Elite Marquees, and event partner Ascot Motors will be lining the entrance to the venue with a selection of their elite cars.

Guests will have the opportunity to discover which treats await in each of the marquees, with some housing DJs and dancers to give guests a flavour of their favourite bars, such as Playground and Kingdom, and others showcasing some of the North West’s finest food and drink. There’ll also be a Beauty Marquee, offering free treatments and samples to guests, and a Masterclass Marquee, offering 15 minute seminars.

For the Masterclass Marquee, the team at Chic Networking & Events have been working with celebrity hair and make-up artists, stylists, designers and photographers.

Guests at the NWFF will also have a chance to enter Chic Networking & Events’ prestigious modelling competition. The winner will benefit from a package worth £50,000 including becoming the face of NWFF, a full make-over and photo-shoot with images from Xposure Studios, a one year contract as the face of NWFF (which will involve being used on all campaigns and advertisements for NWFF). The winner will also benefit from a year-long modelling contract with one of the UK’s top modelling agencies, one year’s worth of clothes from Fuchsia White and aesthetic treatments from Aesthetically You.

Lauren Greene, Founder of Chic Networking, said: “Chic Networking events have already proven to be very popular across the city and we are expecting to welcome in excess of 1,500 guests to NWFF.”

Lauren added: “We’re very excited that we have secured Paul Knowles and his multi award winning PR agency to manage all the media on the day.  We are looking forward to bringing such a brilliant event to Liverpool and showcasing fashion brands from all over the region, giving everyone in the fashion industry the chance to network and build contacts. I think the city will be blown away with what we have in store.

“NWFF is an extension of our fashion and lifestyle shows, but focusing solely on the fashion industry and opening doors for both independents and high street brands. We’re also proud to be raising funds for the show’s official charity, JBMT.”

Highlights of the NWFF will include 30 fashion exhibitions with pop-up shops and live mannequins, plus 25 carefully selected designers showcasing their wares, runway shows, live performances by MD Productions, DJs, 15 marquees and celebrity hosts.

The event is being televised and although Lauren is tight-lipped about the celebrity guest list, there will clearly be more than a few A-list guests making a beeline for the Luxury VIP Marquee, from TOWIE, Ex on the Beach, MTV, Geordie Shore and many more current TV shows.

There’ll also be a host of high-profile fashion designers who specialise in dressing celebrities for the red carpet in attendance. The cream of the North West fashion design scene will be competing to wow the crowds with show-stopping looks as seen on their A-list clients. This will provide the perfect opportunity for guests to snap up pieces by the best in the business and to meet their fashion heroes during a breathtaking celebration of the region’s fashion credentials.
