The keller-factor final takes place this evening at the Bierkeller entertainment complex in The Printworks. The competition to win £500 in cash plus bookings at the busy Bierkeller venues has proven extremely popular as a platform for some of the most gifted artists in the region to display their talents.
The Bierkeller, Manchester opened just a few months ago and is the latest venue from the Leeds based Burning Night Group which has taken the bar sector by storm, exceeding all expectations within the industry and recently winning a prestigious award, voted for by the public alone as ‘Best Bar’.
Manchester Bierkeller has grown from strength to strength providing daily live entertainment it has well and truly become a musical hotspot for the people of Manchester and this has been replicated at Bierkellers across the region. The complex has four themed bars, ‘The Ski Lodge’, ‘Around the World in 80 Beers’, ‘Shooters Sports Bar’ and the traditional ‘Bierkeller bar’ providing the authentic Bavarian beers served in steins to the awaiting crowds.
The keller-factor finalists will be judged by a panel consisting of Fred Booth, Centre Director of The Printworks, The management team at the Bierkeller and specially invited talent managers. The finalists include ‘The Deevines’, ‘Gaz Stanley & The Piccadilly Rats’, ‘Sarah de Warren’, ‘The Potato Men’, ‘Amy Louise Faulkner’, ‘Red Eyed Jedi’ and ‘Mister Moo & His New Shoes’. The live final will start at 8pm and entry is free.
